If you are looking for an orgasmic dance experience in a safe and sacred container- this is it! The form of this class is as simple as it is profound. It starts with a warm-up, followed by a short exercise to help us get grounded and present, followed by a 5Rhythms® Dance Wave.
This class is movement meditation in its purest sense. The Inner Wave is a time to come and be held in the intimacy of the personal dance. No interruptions, no partnerships, no distractions. Just the body in motion to the rhythm of the Wave. With a gentle unfolding of uninterrupted music we move through the rhythms as individuals within the collective field.
